SUMMER BOARD MEETING - July 20, 2026
DISTRICT VI PRESIDENT'S MEETING - May 27, 2026
Photo Credits: Virginia Hawkins, Phyllis Young, Janet Taylor, Vicky Fannaly
Forty District VI Presidents and their club members attended the annual meeting at Middendorf's Seafood Restaurant on Pass Manchac May 27. Nancy Jenkins, president of Designs by Pine, brought five beautiful daylilies and an Agapanthus to add to the door prize favors and gardening books. Needless to say, everyone left with a token remembrance. We will all be out dumpster diving after seeing Susan McNeese make some beautiful arrangements from retrieved boxwood limbs, contrived cornhusk flowers and dried okra stars. Elisa Tubbs was elected District Director elect and will be voted on at the January Winter Council Meeting. A Convention 2028 meeting followed the featured activities.
